Actually I believe that is Kojima-san. This is during the pyscho mantis fight where they show Miyamoto, Kojima, and Dyack all laughing devishly.

But, in the recent EGM, they said the portraits have been re-done with one new person: Kojima-san, Kitamura-san, and Dyack. Plus, it doesn't really look like Kojima-san...unless this was an old picture when he was younger...I just didn't expect him to be the type of guy to have a bowl-haircut. :laugh:

It's in the Gamecube remake of Metal Gear Solid 1, Twin Snakes. Psycho Mantis makes the portraits on the wall of the room which you fight him in (the commanders room or somthing?) laugh manically. Just one of the new bits of content they put into the FMVs...
