True Crime: streets of L.A.
 

i'm going to pick this game up in a few hours..i'll post my impressions later tonight. (xbox version). I've been doing alot of reading and from what i know so far..it sounds really fun. Hope it's all good..

Cool, ill be waiting for it. I may just end up buying it mysself.

i also am really awaiting this game... BeetleJuice i really anticipate hearing what you have to say about this game:)

:disturb: the game is awful, i really really tried to give it a chance but..it goes back today. I'm gonna get that GTA double pack and hope it wipes my memory clean from this experiance.

i've never taken a game back either, hopfully gamestop will give me store credit.

i haven't seen this many bugs since Tomb raider angel of darkness, it's obvious the team behind this game was either very small or very cheap..which is odd because they spent alot off attention to the music aspect of the game and the voices. I think that's where all the money went though.

i tried putting the game in this morning before class and the Nick was walking around with his eyes popping out of his hed and his arms open. He wasn't even walking , more like sliding..

My biggest complaint with this game is the inverse camera control <--> I want to look left, and look right EVERY time. (meanwhile "X" perp is either getting away or shooting the crap out of me)

Bottom line ....GTA > TC

Sleay P, how far were you able to get, i got to that stakeout gone bad mission.


..i had one of those japenese import race cars but it automatically put me back into the default brown convertable..i was like wtf!?..

the game has some serious technical issues.

What? you didn't get the 69 camaro at the end of act I? :laugh: That replaces the craptastic brown convertable. As for missions....I got up to the one where you have to sneak in to that building (act III?).........I lost interest at that point and just started driving around solving crimes and killing people.

I'm interested in seeing if the PS2 vesion of the game experiences the same control issues. Then again....if it weren't for the ability to rip my own tunes on the game, it'd probably flew across the room.........major suck-tastic rap tracks! :disturb:
