Sword 4 Hire Feb 25th, 2002 08:10 PM

Hhhmm, lets reflect, awesome story, intrigueing characters, materia system....just everything about it is classic!

talon101 Feb 25th, 2002 08:24 PM

yea i guess so its small

just curios

Soul Angel Feb 25th, 2002 09:30 PM

For me FFVII has a great storyline and plot in it and great charcters too.
I also like the materia system too, I defintly prefer it compared to the junction system in FF8 :p

jenova_jeb Feb 25th, 2002 09:36 PM

How about we change this question around a little bit. What is NOT good about FFVII? I can't think of anything..;)

Pu the Owl Feb 25th, 2002 09:38 PM

I guess I'm not the right person to say what's good in FF7, because it's my fave game ever.

I especially like the atmosphere of that game.
Also, some of the characters from FF7 are the ones I remember better. And the story was a piece of art.

Well, I guess that's all :D

EDIT: there's no need to post a "hello" reply. I think that can be considered spam. Next time don't double post without reason. Thanks.

talon101 Feb 26th, 2002 04:44 PM

thanx u guys ill probebly get it then:shock:

DreamSharpShooter Feb 26th, 2002 05:15 PM

Materia system is one of the best systems in FF i have ever seen, and the story..well..many things to repeat...maybe de black point is cait sith...

talon101 Feb 26th, 2002 05:17 PM

whats the system in FFX:laugh:

Sword 4 Hire Feb 26th, 2002 05:51 PM

The Sphere Grid, it's hard to explain, it's better to just buy X

MADRUCKIS Feb 26th, 2002 07:00 PM

Yeah, the sphere system gives you a bit more control in development of your characters.
I love FFVII-it introduced my on of my fav characters in Cait Sith and Sephiroth and just game play made it unique for the times. It does stand out in my mind.
Well, changing the subject again-Which battle system is better? I need a little help with this. What are the battle systems for the playstation FF?

FFVII-materia system
FFVIII-?
FFIX-?
FFX-sphere grid system

Pu the Owl Feb 26th, 2002 07:06 PM

FFVIII - Junction system
FFIX - Gems

This is going to be a biased opinion.

FF VII is one of the best, but not as good as FFVI.

The game was the first for Sony and it shows how well they work together.

You said it all. I think FFVI is good but not as much as FFVII :D

IcyMourdor Feb 26th, 2002 11:44 PM

Sorry Fortune, you are mistaken.

FF6 is much much better than FF7.

Pu the Owl Feb 26th, 2002 11:50 PM

You don't have to force me to say you're right, because I don't think so. I prefer FFVII, so why do I have to say FFVI is better?
Opinions are opinions, and your comment is an opinion, just like mine.
:frust:

IcyMourdor Feb 26th, 2002 11:54 PM

Damn, my attempt at a childish argument failed.

Anyways, FF7 has some of the best music yet to be improved on. FFX came close, but not as good. A very original storyline and a high replay value. This game is simply amazing.

Sword 4 Hire Feb 27th, 2002 07:03 PM

Yeah I was thinking of either buying VI or Tactics.....hmmm???

IcyMourdor Feb 27th, 2002 07:38 PM

FFVI
