PSF wont let fantasytiger post

Our dear Tiger has just informed me that she is unable to post! Here's what its saying apparently on her comp:

fantasytiger, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Yeah so if somebody could please help her out she is trying to come back and participate in the PSF community again. Thanks.

We'll check that. Maybe she's using a banned IP. It happens sometimes.

Update: no, she maybe changed her email without confirming it. Her status is back to normal now, but if that was the problem, she must check to make sure her email is correct. She s hould be able to post now.
