wanted cars in GTA:SA
 
All I need to finish the wanted cars list is a Mesa (Jeep lookalike)
Does anyone know where one always is? San Andreas is just too big to be driving around looking for 1 vehicle.......

Once it's needed on the export list (As in your case) one should be available at the base of Mount Chilliad, not far from Angel Pine. It should be near to where the mountain bike and the sanchez are usually parked, by the finish line to the mountain biking course.
