In Loving Memory...
...of my grandmother. 4/7/1918-3/7/08. She lived an amazing 90 years with incredible health. She drove a car up until the past month and a half. She was the full of wisdom. She was the most strong-minded person with the biggest heart of anybody to live to be her age. She always believed in me and my family. She supported me on all of my endeavors and without that support I would not be where I am today. I have been close friends with her since we all moved in together when I was six years old. She will always be one of my favorite big hearted sweet and caring people. God Bless her. She is now in a better place with my grandfather and all other family members and friends that passed on over the years and she is at one with the true essence of joy and peace in the house of our lord and heavenly father. She is even with all of the dogs that she had over the years that she loved and enjoyed the company of over the years so much. I love you grandma. I will miss you. Until we are together again in heaven. I will do just fine. Don't worry about me. PEACE

I'm sorry for your loss, Red. :( Living up to 90 without any health problems and still performing your daily activities is amazing...I only hope I could do the same. May she rest in peace. :)

I'm very sorry for your loss Red. There's not much to add. I'm sure you'll always cherish your grandmother's memory, remembering her and all the important things she's done for you, the lessons she's taught you, living with you all those years and being your friend. I guess that's the best thing the living can do to honor a loved one who's not with us anymore.

I'm sorry for your loss, I wish you and your family all the strenght that's needed in times like these.

Thanks guys. You have always been so caring and kind to me when i've come here with things that have troubled me or during sad times, etc. The memorial service was on Saturday. It was beautiful. Everybody had fabulous stories to tell and there was more celebration of her life with smiles and laughter than crying because everybody's stories were so intimate and wonderful and full of the humor and strength and courage that my grandmother taught us all. This is how she would have wanted it.
Thanks guys. |
