i just wanted to know who liked the series, i think its a brilliant game, psone or ps2.
i just wanted to know who is everyone,s
1.fav character? (jamie thomas)
2.top score in one move (mine is now 1950000, psone version)
3. fav special move (the fandangle)

ive completed the games many time ps2 version and got bored of it so im now borrowing the ps1 version because everyone (jc denton) keeps saying how much harder it is.
yeah im up to airport after playing it for 3/4 of an hour. it feels really strange the graphics r so **** on ps1 compared to ps2 oh well

anyone watching smack the pony its wicked

ps. i just completed it, you dont get any secret chracters for completing all the goals.

yeah i got bored but for some reason im findind it really hard to revert on the ps1 earlier i think because i press it to early. my best score is only 193000 in 2 min, every one this is cause im not use to the ps1 version my best score in 2 min on the ps2 version my best in 2 min is 1,131,000

I think that Tony Hawk 3 is 10x worse than Tony Hawk 2... Tony Hawk was classic, even though the graphics for THPS3 are much better.

Does anyone feel the same way? probably not

i never owned a copy of tony hawk's 2 but i played on it loads, it was very good and an improvement on THPS1 but THPS3 was no better than 2 because if you can do a revert-manual then it becomes to easy to score points. so i agree:D , even though on its own THPS3 is a brilliant game.

Being a skater fan myself, I hate it how THPS is so fake. No one could ever do the combos you can do in THPS in real life. Once I beat THPS2 100% for everyone, I got the simulation mode code. It's supposed to make it real. WELL IT DOESN'T! I wish there was 'arcade mode' and 'simulation' mode. Doesn't neversoft know what can be accomplished in skateboarding??

yeah isnt it stupid how high they jump well if it was like real it would be a bit boring u have to agree

ive done around 40 out of 50 goals denton looks like im gonna finish it before we go back to school oh a bit of help where did u say the secret board is on L A it would help

nanjij, your not grasping my point. I know the game would be a bore to most people if it was realistic, but I'm talking about there being 2 modes, 1 fake (being the default) and 1 real just for fun.

how do you get downhill?

the pool is where the skid marks are.

i got downhill by getting gold on all the compititions by rune glifburg

i unlocked "downhill" its cool, then completed it with chad muska, i dont think i got anything.

the skid marks are next to one of the pools on both sides, jump from one to the other to get the goal.

seriously the deck is up a secret quaterpipe, grind the telephone wires and you shall see it.

i thought it was where it was but i didnt check cause i couldnt see it, u just have to jump blindly.
i got officer dick, u said there r no secret characters

my best score is about 200,000
i dont know why but the revert thing is really different and i havent got the hang of it yet

I love tony hawk. part 2 will always be my favorite, although 3 was very good. I'll get it for ps2 soon, when i'm in a non broke state:p

believe me the ps2 version is a 100x better than the ps1 one

nanjij, how did you get officer dick, according to games domain if you get 50 goals with custom character you get him. according to that i should already have him, but i dont:frust:

it is poseble......you can get it by manualing.....then grinding....do an amazing move....etc etc....:cool:

yep, its difficult though, i had to do a 55 combo....
with reverts, then into manuals

yeah i just got 2.4 million in one move now but i think my games broken because it says i have got 255 goals out of 50 with chad muska and 255 spare stat points ect. but it still says i havent comleted it with him which means i can never complete it with everyone. If i send for a new copy that wont work because the data is saved on my memory card.

I did 12 comob's. But if i did the sliding up Combo, Tony hawk always fall..

I hate when he falls..

me and nanjij are having a running rivalry to see who can get the best score,

in one move we have both got 4.3 million with mine slightly higher,

but in 2 minutes i can only get 4.6 million and he can get loads,

i think he has given up in the one competition and i have given up beating him in the 2 minutes competiotion,
i dont play it much now though, i have finaly got round to playing legend of legia.

i love the series.i have owned every tony hawk game that was ever made.i also cant wait til the new tony hawk 4 comes out.its gonna be AWESOME.
