the bullet/phantom car
 

there is a car which is very rare...called a bullet. It spawns only at night I think and never in the same spot. My freind told me about it and when I checked my garage I found I had accidentally stolen it once and left it in safe keeping because it handles great and has ridiculous speed

look around, its called a bullet and I'm sure its the prime thing for races

Hmm... I was looking for a bullet today actually, I'm building a collection of fast cars in the airport hangar. I've modified them all with nitro, hydraulics, etc. :cool: I'm not sure the bullet is the fastest car though, I'm thinking maybe the Turismo (Which is common in Las Venturas) or this GT car I found in San Fiero today. I've only ever seen the one and it was parked somewhere. It seemed very fast. I can't remember where it was exactly though.

I'll check them out and give you my opinion, you could be right.

In San Fierro the bullet is near the garage you fisrt purchase in San Fierro. From CJs garage go right, and then take your first left. Should go over the train tracks kind of round a bend and down a hill. When you reach the bottom of the hill take a right, there is an opening in the wall on the left hand side. There is a bullet (or GT40 i think it is in real life) and also a police star thing to reduce wanted level. It is there all day and respawns after you used it.

I have two in my garage with nitros :)

If you cant find it, from my relativly poor directions, ask and i shall try again.

Thanks Daniel, your directions were just right, got me a bullet. I drove it all the way to the abandoned airfield to find you can only fit four cars in the airplane hanger. And I have a tank in the garage there, so I'm a little screwed. :(

I did test the bullet against the Turismo though, very similar speeds. I think the Turismo just edges it, but since they're so alike I don't think it matters which is used in a race. I guess it's down to personal taste in the car.
