Yep, another August birthday to another Ps2Fantasy veteran.

It didn't start off well but it definitely ended well!
My sis had set up a surprise meal for me with my sis n dad, my bro, his g/f, her lil boy, my mate and her lil girl, in a restaurant that I wanted to go to for ages... but b4 that happened I managed to find out who was coming so it wasn't much a surprise after that lol, and then b4 we left for the restaurant there was a huge family row where I was blamed for apparently going out of my way to ruin my own birthday...coz obviously I don't want a nice day..pfft...but anyways things smoothed over once we arrived at the restaurant and my bro's g/f's lil boy came in and gave me 2 beautiful big bunches of flowers and a huge hug! awww.. the meal was great..although part of the restaurant seemed to be trying to be the playboy mansion..with playboy bunny lights and porn on the wall in the toilet..very unusual in what seemed to be a nice family italian restaurant...:confused:
Anyways after the meal we headed over the road to the pub which was momentarily upset by me having a panic attack because I was carrying my huge present (not yet opened) and everyone started staring at me...yada yada... I freaked out...but I calmed myself and we went and sat in the back garden where it was empty.
Some more close family friends met us there and the night carried on with much laughing and enjoyment lol..the kids running around us playing games..
So I still hadn't opened my present but I had an idea what it was but wasn't 100% sure..until Lewis..my bro's g/f's lil boy (he's 4) decided it was ok to tell me lol.. and yes I was right...A PS2!!!!!!!! :D Yep I finally have a console again! yay! It's the silver one.. plus 2 games.. Sonic and Shrek 2 lol and I'm gonna borrow 'The gettaway' & 'GTA Vice City' from my bro soon as. ;)
See I told you it ended well!
So I'm a very happy ladee!
And y'know the 1st thing my sis said to me when I opened my pressie... "Hey soph, now you can post on PS2fantasy and you'll actually have a console!" lol
