Agh...frustration....
 
Hm...for some reason I can't use any of the cheats on GTA: Vice City. I felt like causing some destruction with the Rhino tank like I normally do at my friends' house. But when I tried, it didn't work. I just got the game, incase that helps...

Okay, it sounds like you're doing it wrong. You have to input the cheats during the game, without pausing or anything. Just type them in whilst Tommy is standing still. For example:

All Weapons
R1, R2, L1, R2, L, D, R, U, L, D, R, U

For this cheat you would get out of a car (If you're in one) stand still and then start by pressing R1 and so on. Then the cheat should work and you will have all weapons.

If that's what you've been doing, then sorry I don't know what the problem is...

cheater
cheating gets boring after a while, and if you dont cheat you end up having more fun cause you get to enjoy the actual game

so what maybe he/she already beat the game with no cheats and wants to now..that wat i do..i beat it then cheat..its not being a actual cheater

In this game I don't see a problem with an all weapons cheat. That ish is fun. Now what wouldn't be fun is probably invincibility.

invincibility?? there is no such cheat I think??
The only cheat I use so many times is the full armor cheat.. cause I have already good weapons that I buy... so all I need is to keep it full :D
