Anime Collection.
Yep, this topic has been done nearly a hundred times but it’s been awhile and I always found this kind of topic fun. :P
Anime Series: All the series I list here are completed unless otherwise stated. Desert Punk Get Backers Rurouni Kenshin Wolf's Rain Berserk Escaflowne Hellsing Mezzo Gungrave Inuyasha (Season 1-3. Still bet there are going to be a couple of more box set until the entire is complete on box sets.) Wild Arms Gundam Wing Chrono Crusade Trigun (My first anime box set.) :D Witch Hunter Robin Noir Big O Street Fighter II V Read or Die TV Series Outlaw Star Broken Saints (Not exactly an anime, but the art style and storytelling is obviously influenced by Anime in general.) Movies and OVA's: Read or Die Hellsing Ultimate Volume 1 Grave of the Fireflies Princess Mononoke Appleseed Metropolis I've only been collecting anime since around February 04 or 05 so it’s not as big as other people’s collections here. One thing has remained true since I ever started collecting.......I'm always freaking poor. XD The only thing that disappoints me about my collection is that I haven't gotten a legit box set of Trigun yet. I got the Trigun box set I have off eBay and thought it was legit since I wasn't privy to that sort of scams at the time. Still the English dub is there and comes through clear enough so it’s okay until I finally get the legit version. So yeah that's my collection, come a long way from just owning that Bootleg Trigun Box set three years ago. |
That's an impressive list especially for complete and costly DVD collections. I've yet to get the second season of "The Big O" myself. :)
I won't put up a list mainly because my list has undergone major changes and I can't remember what I own or don't own anymore. It's been a long time since I've purchased or seen any animes (except for the first episode of "Devil May Cry") due to lack of dough and busy schedules. I hope this can change soon though. :) |
I don't own much of anything except what was shown on Cartoon Network and other channels. (IFC and on demand) And even those aren't full seasons because I skip a few (or alot) of episodes.
But here's what I have brought. Yu Yu Hakusho (Spirit Detective Saga) Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal Samurai X: Reflections Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (Is this an anime?) I gotta stock up, but I'm not certain what I want to buy at this moment. |
