Viz liscensing means that the UK is unlikely to get the series, so I guess this is bad news. Can't say I know the series mind you... will have to check it out sometime...

guess what, its coming to cartoon network, on its toonami block, fall of 2005. :mean:

That's pretty cool and interesting. Once again, hopefully it doesn't suck and the anime isn't as butchered as One Piece was.

thats good to hear, its right in the middle of three important fights...I'd be quite angry if I had to stop watching now

The Manga is awesome just so you know. Even if you don't like reading its still good to get :)

yea I know, I started with the manga and then switched to the show just to see the Chunnin exam and stayed with it ever since

and I just found out itll be out in Summer 2005 on Cartoon Network

let the bad dubbing and changed names, COMMENCE

nah, VIZ is doing it so at very least we will get minor edits and some decent dubs. remember these are the same guys that dub the Inuyasha series, and they did a good job on the dub english version. :)

well the dubbing comes only secondary

the editing might be profound...thats what I'm worried about

with everyone trying to be all rated G on television nowadays, that doesnt sound like "parent-liking" material. Even Toonami couldnt air that Family Guy episode where he sings a joke about jewish people without disclaimers
