Multi-Theft auto anyone?
 

Has anyone heard of this i have a friend and he says its pretty cool. Its Grand theft auto 3 and VC online for the PC! I was hesitant to believe it myself until i saw the website, www.mtavc.com It's only for PC though, and you have to have the game. Right now it's in beta, but here's the kicker, anyone can beta test for it! I haven't had the chance to play ti but i wanna here about it so those of you with VC or 3 on PC gotta try it out! Of course it might not work so I wanna know before i buy either of the 2.

umm i looked at the site and its definately not done by rockstar* !! but if its real and a mod or something programmed by some GTA fan.....looks cool if it actually works.

Yea, rockstar left some online code in the PC versions of GTA3 and vice city but never had the game to go online. So they did this.

I played the one for vice city and it well, sucks... There are no pedestrians, missions, or even cars on the roads. Its just you and the other people on the server. So its just madness. Not fun madness but stupid madness.

I remember I tried to drag race someone but some jackass just came by and blew us both up with a bazooka. Well, at least they have arenas for you to go in to prevent this.

Its pretty laggy also and you can get carjacked if you are driving at top speed, they just have to time it right. This thing has a long way to go.

But it was pretty fun for the first few minutes I played, though.

I played it at a LAN with some mates. ITs not offical i dont think, you can only have humans there are no pedestrians on it. Was fun for a while but not worth buying the game for.

yo! long time no post.................... ive jjust revisited https://www.multitheftauto.com and i redownloaded the mod reluctlantly, because from what i remember it was pretty horrible.............but nowadays the game is quite enjoyable online, still lots of bugs but nonetheless quite entertaining.........of course it is still in beta........
