whats console is the ff series going to

i hope the ff series is going to stay on ps2
is it going to stay on ps2 or move on to another console?
how far and what one will be on what console?

You're lucky, I just heard some (maybe bad) news about it. First of all, the FF games are coming to PS2. But now Square made a deal with Nintendo, and they're going to release the FF games for the Game Boy Advance and Gamecube too. :ghost:

err, they havent announced wether or not the newer FF titles(FFX, FFXI) will be released for the GC.

Considering Sony owns a part of Squaresoft, I think they're going to release the next FF games at least on Sony consoles .

There's no way they'll stop releasing them on PS2. I'm so excited about the GBA ports! I think that's going to rock the house. :cool:

Same here Jenova. At first I wanted to buy the Wonderswan Color (just to play FF games on it), but since they aren't going to release it in the US or Europe I bought a GBA. W00t! :)

If they do release some of the early FFs onto GBA then that will give me a reason to get one.
