I'm in no hurry to get an Xbox 360. Im saving up for the PS3 first. :)

Me Me Me :D not a "fanboi" statment, I just will be getting every next generation console because I’m excited about the prospects of each console, Oh and its released 10 days after in Europe after America so its December the 2nd for us.. I will be getting the Premium pack with Perfect Dark 0, Kameo, Project gotham 3, cannot wait to be honest. :)

I'm gonna wait it out as well. I don't ever buy consoles the day it's released. I'm too cheap for that. XD (I'll wait about 3 years before I get mine)

And even so... none of the games above are all that interesting in my eyes. The only game I may check out on that list is Quake 4 and Need for Speed. Other than that..... "shrugs"

ive played the 360 at best buy, all i played was call of duty and it just seemed like the average genetic fps for pc, il probably buy a 360 later on in like 2 or 3 years

Huh? Call of Duty, let alone part two, is not your average FPS. It is an andrenaline rush from start to finish.

I have played call of duty 2 on 360 too, it does look like high end pc game (shit I ain't complaining) but the gameplay was hardcore and as TtTackler said, its a good rush. It's not average according to most reviews it has scored very high, I dunno though if to buy it or not, going to rent it because most of my friends completed in 2 days on PC, but then theres xbox live for multiplayer so I dunno..

Lol. I wouldn't look too much into it. Even though MGS is being made for the Ps3. I would wonder if they would be able to keep up with it.

And yes, I think they will be making a Halo 3. Crazy ass endings needs a finishing touch these days. But still, if Gears of War don't put them over..... then Halo 3 will be in the making for sure. Atleast that's the way I say it.

Yes, Bungie have confirmed so, rumours that it will be released the day the Playstation 3 is released.

Halo 3 will not come out the same day as PS3. Bungie denied that statement awhile back after Bill Gates said it. Halo 3 will come out when its ready, unlike Halo 2.

Im getting a ps3 on release day, think i will prefer that.....

the system is pretty sweet actualy, but after reading some stuff on all the errors teh console has been getting we decided to sell it on ebay and save up for a ps3 :)

Nothing really impressive enough to warrant a purchase for this gamer. Besides DOA4 of course, but i 'm not a big enough Team Ninja fan to drop 500 dollars for one game. I think summer of '06 will be the time for me to pick one up. By then the new system will have a reputable line-up of games.

I will buy it when it's cheaper, and there's a mod scene.

Played it yesterday NBA Live and Call of duty. NBA Live looks great but not much is changed IMO, you can play around while the game loads, great but it's still loading(quite long may I add). Call of duty beautiful beautiful beautiful, very intense gameplay, but still I get the same feeling when playing a FPS shooter on the XBOX or PC...you enter the room enter ze zermans! and you start blasting away. I don't know, I can't help but feel a little dissapointed I expected more from a next gen. I think the second or third wave games will settle things and start showing what the machine is capable of gameplay-wise. BTW the controller is great, heavy compact, wireless, you can switch the console on/off with it. I think they got the ps3 beat controller-wise by the looks of it :laugh:
