Ncaa 2005

I picked up a used copy of Ncaa 2005 without the manual. Does anyone know how to change the direction of an offensive play at the line of scimmage ?

anyways, NCAA is my favorite football game of al time now....
I have created all of my hometowns teams(i know loser-ish, but i think its awesome) and replaced the teams in the sec with my teams, so i have high school football on my ps2 now!
