Just a concept image. Not the final. Looks pretty alright. I like it.........but Memory Card slots???. Common....it should come with a 100GB hard or something with it.

Yup...

Unfortunately, the answer is most definitely "no." The avid next-console-watchers at PS3 Insider tracked down the source of the now-infamous image to a 23-year old designer named Julien Vanhoenacker. Vanhoenacker, who also goes by the handle Kanex, is completely unaffiliated with Sony. Apparently, he created the image in June as part of the portfolio for his Lille, France-based studio. However, it wasn't until this past week that the image started getting serious attention. No word as of yet on whether the image has landed Vanhoenacker any work.

But still nice work eh.

I would imagine the ps3 will have memory card slots any way. Unless it wont be backwards compatible with ps2 games. Or they could put memory card slots in the controller.

I agree. I think it should land him a job with Sony. It's a pretty neat design.

lol....looks like a circle with controller ports on it to me. I guess thats "neat" :laugh: . I dont like the desigg personally.....but to each his own. Im sure Sony will come up with something mind blowingly original in the end
