1. Choose a pic or make your own banner.
2. Find some place that allows remote linking to host it.
3. Edit your profile info in the signature field, putting the link of the image/banner you want to use among VBulletin image tags.

And you're done :cool:

I have my own space so I don't have these troubles hosting my images, but in another recent thread I think vic Viper suggested Imagestation (http://www.imagestation.com/) for this purpose. You can try it.
