FFXI live feed

[Hadoken]

You may have seen this already, but this is a live feed of FFXI.
The camera stays on one character as they play FFXI. You need broadband to watch it.
I just want to know who has seen it. And lets start a discussion if you want.
It plays on WMP, which will open up once you click on the link.
I`m not sure what happens if you have 56k and try to watch it. So as anyone tried?

I believe 56k works, but you'll need it to be running at full wallop to get it (no luck for me then...)

I was just watching the live feed. and saw these cute little tarutaru`s!
So i decided to take screens. here they are. sorry if they`re a bit blurry. cuz the live feed is on WMP, and i put some on full screen. its a bit blurry.

Tarataru's are pretty Kawaii aren't they? :D, i'm not sure about the rest of the characters (except humans..) but anyway:

but are you sure thats an FMV in the game? I always thought that was just a wallpaper.

I first saw the shot in an article about the FMV, though I am yet to see it. The Elveen archer wallpaper (on the site as well) is definatly a shot from the FMV, as I actually saw that bit :)

yeah, guess it would be a shot of the FMV then. cuz they tend to make wallpapers out of em alot of times.

and guess what? I got some screens of a fight just earlier. It was plently of people against just ONE monster. and it took them about a half hour just to kill it!
Hopefully, that was a boss. cuz i`d hate to have to fight one of those things on a regular basis.

Again, this battle took about half an hour or longer. I lost track after a while. But it was fun to watch. lol
Looks like the monsters in FFXI are going to be a heck of a lot stronger than the ones you`d see in other FF`s. And you`ll have to rely on others to help you. otherwise, you`ll probably die.:p

yeah, the camera moves more often now.
but it`ll be still when it goes into town.

Very nice :), It does look like a big monster, but 30mins does sound a little too long...
