How was that created? It seems to be drawn on paper, scanned into the computer and colored digitally. Were the shadows created, using layers? nice job.

Funky Monk, yes, I made it scanning a sketch and coloring it using Photoshop. I didn't really care about the look of the pic, so it looks kinda rough and not refined. I don't usually work like this, but as I told you, I hate this pic, so I didn't really pay much attention on global effects and details :p

I only have half a chocobo now, but the moogle can crawl in and hide inside of it now.
as for the evil muppet, after it realized that the chocobo had no cream filling inside, it took off its head and had a guy inside who took out a cigarrette and started smoking.

actually, once he finished his cigarrette, he put his head back on and chased the moogle around. but luckily, the moogle threw a kupo nut at him and he got knocked out. and then an evil muppet version of big bird came in and started pecking out peices of the other evil muppet, stored it in his beak, and then flew away to feed it to its muppet children.
