Magic 3.6 - PS2 NO SWAP MODCHIP

i was wondering if any of u have this and is it good bad/ or whatever i was considering buying this instead of 3,1 its about 25 more dollars than the magic 3,1

cause i need my ps2 modded so i can play imports

Does tat mean modded to play real versions or copied versions. If its the latter I dont really like to deal with modchips cos I consider them illegal in most cases.:mad:
