I need help in MGS: how can I resist to Ocelot's torture?

Keep the C.Pad on the floor and use a finger to hit the O-button rapidly and fast.I think that should do it.

Use the finger which you feel more comfortable and just press as fast as you can. What I did was turn the controller away from me and used my middle finger to push the button. Just press, press, press like hell, my man! :D

Maybe a turbo controller wil help you espically on the levels normal hard and extreme where you have to survive 4 times instead of 3.
