Longer FF game

We all know FF games are sooooooo long!
They take hours and hours to be completed by an average player! The you have sidequests and deatails to discover and it takes much longer.

Which one is the FF game you layed for the greatest amount of hours?

For me, I have to say FF8: it took me ages to complete all sidequests and stuff!

hmmmm I'd have to say ffVII, even though I liked FFX more, I pumped around 300 hrs in FFVII......

FFIX because Mognet Central and Cocographs sidequests were so terribly long!

I'm not sure I've let to complete all the sidequest in all the FFs
But I guess its probably between FF7 & 8
I've let to play FF10 so I don't know about that one let!

I have also yet to play FFX so FFVII took me the longest to complete with FFIX coming in a close second.

VII took me about 53 hours. IV took me about 35. IX took me about 37 (I think?). X lasted for 49 and a 1/2.

I would have to say that FFIX took me the longest because there is soooooooooooooo much exploration that you can do and i enjoyed doin it

Even though it's not the longest, it took me a while to comlpete the entire FFIX (sidequests and all).

Without doing the sidequests it only took me 25 hours to get to the 4th disc of IX. It was really short. But once you did the side-quests, it was nearly as long as the other ones :cool: .
