8 Ball, heard of it?

a long time ago is saw an anime about cyborgs ( good ones and bad ones). The main character was some kind of special cyborg that could whoop all the other bad cyborgs. I'm pretty sure that the title of the movie as well as the main character's name was "8 Ball." If im incorrect could someone lend some help?

OH YEA............

I remember this.....

It was about these cyborgs living on Earth with humans.

Some cyborgs were programed to do certain things.

They killed, loved, hated, etc.
It was an ok movie, but it got kinda creepy when this one Cyborg girl loved this human so much she wanted to have a child with him.

She tried to tackle him, but he moved and she cut her self after running into a table that had drinking glasses on it. I think they still have it at BLOCKBUSTER.
