hidden packages

i have 98 packages, i have followed the hidden packages FAQ andi put up and have crossed of all 100,why do i have 98. I really want that Apache, is there an easier way to get it:frust:

the malibu clubs "The Shootout", its my last property wid missions

if u done print works missions aswell after u do malibu u will get a phone call then "cap the collectors" will start

then after u do that "keep your friends close" will start after u get a phone call form lance telling u to come to the mansion u own

need help finding the grave package cuz its not here

go next to the grave shop on foot and there is a tiny alley (to the right) next to it go down there and you got it!
