Why does the military keep shooting me when I get anywhere near their base. I just walked by and got killed! WHY??!! plus besides the condo where can I find a helicopter? HELP!!

wear a cop uniform to not get shot at.............u have to beat all of the vercetties estate missions to do so.........as for the helis there is one on the news building and one on the police station downtown.....there is one by an office with an elevator if u have finished the story........there is one atop the mansion and the conda and last there is a sea sparrow u get with 80 packages in the back of vercetties estate
