I got GTA: Vice City yesterday, and I think the game is pretty easy so far. I've just completed The Fastest Boat mission without problems.
This i by far the best GTA EVER. I've also found that you can do the Mission Impossible 2 stunt where Tom Cruise goes on the front wheel of his motorbike and turns it around.
Some of the missions get a bit boring like the chases. But who am I to complain this game rules.
If any of you guys are having problems doing missions like The Fastest Boat and Phnom Pehn '86 then I suggest you use this cheat: -
*Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R2, R1*
This will slow down time so it makes hitting people on the Phnom Pehn '86 mission easier.
Also if you are having problems with The Fastest Boat I suggest you go to Ammu-Nation and purchase Armour, Get the sniper rifle from the maze in Diaz's house and a lot of firepower before you head down to the docks.
NOTE: If the Slow Time cheat is activated then you have to complete the mission for it to wear off, or you can simply die.
