what are these things on the stats screen ???

i'm reading the stats screen and i have a few questions,
what are the following things, or how do you do them ?

FISHES FED ?

FLIGHT HOURS ?

LARGEST WHEELIES ? STOPPIES ? 2 WHEELS ?

Fishes fed- number of times drowned

Flight hours- longest time spent in a flyable vehicle (not the total)

wheelies, stoppies, two wheels- longest time doing these.

wheelies= must be on any motorbike. Surly you know what a wheelie is???!!!

stoppies= a wheelie done with the front tire, ( an endo)

two wheelies=longest ride on two wheels on a vehicle that has at least 4.
