where are good places to go sniping ? (preferably high)

anyone know of any good places to go sniping from ?
i tried the top of the building at the save point of hyman condos
but as hard as it may be to believe, theres barely any people , or cars around for that matter. too bad too, because its a nice spot.

DAMN! I'm the only one on here who likes sniping from rooftops ?
I thought that was one of the funnest parts of the game.
