There is a helicopter called the "Police Maverick" on top of the roof of the Vice City Police Department in "Downtown", take the stairway behind the police building, then take the ramp up to the helipad, and there it is, after you find this one there are many other helicopters scattered throughout the city on top of other buildings.:cool:

there's a condo in north west vc, by the dome with a chopper on top price for condo/ $14000
