I have seen a few posts (mine included) where we all collected 80 or more hidden packages to get the Sea Sparrow and it was'nt there. Only the on the helipad was the Maverick.
The Sea Sparrow is BEHIND the mansion! Its located between the two pools. I have to agree with Andi as its better than the Maverick (easy control, and cool gun). It also re-generates everytime you fly it away from the pad.
