how do i get to buy the stripclub, factory, docks etc ??

everytime i try to purchase someplace good in vice city , such as the stripclub, the cherry popper factory, and the docks, it says i can't purchase them yet, try later. what exactly do i need to do, i have enough money and i've done a lot of missions, whatsup with this ???

You need to play until a certain mission.......



**SPOILER**
When you come up across the mission that you have to kill Diaz, you'll see afterwards you now own his estate. There'll be a mission right outside the save spot inside the house.
After you wreak havoc on the mall in that mission, you'll be able to buy all that property and get some real income!
