from what i gathered the hyman condo's. it has 3 garage's and a helipad but it cost alot of money.

um I dunno how to help you there other than if your talking bout vc beat allot of the missions and theres one with the dudes name that starts with a V and is also the leter when you look at the gps when you kill him after you help out Lance out you own his mansion and he has a garage outside of it includeing a chopper on the roof
