Boats

Can anyone tell me where to get a boat? I am trying to collect the hidden packages and there are at least 2 I need a boat for. Thanks for any help.

I found a yacht right across from the golf course. (Across the street)

There's boats all over the place.. Griving around in the waterways.. mostly they're in Viceport though.

The only time i used A boat in GTA3 was for the mission's or Getting the Hidden Package on the Island

Are the boats alot better this time around? Is it true there is a Submarine!:ghost:

The boats are way better than GTA3!! Sometimes its a little hard to tell where your going, because you can see the bottom of the ocean sometimes.
So far I havent seen or heard of any submarine...

I have'nt seen any sharks yet. I did see alot of birds (which I still have'nt shot yet...thier fast little buggers)
