Maybe because you have it stored on your PC cache: that's why you can see it and I can't. It could be a temporary problem of the server where the pic is hosted or a problem with external links. I don't know.

I've copied and pasted the link you posted... it redirected me to this page (http://web1000.globalreachinc.com/404/mainstream/abcsearch2.html). It's pretty obvious that the pic is working for you, but the link is not working properly, no?
