I know someone around here knows Japanese, maybe just a little, but it's ok.
Can you suggest me some websites where I can find online lessons and a dictionary?
I bought a bokk as well, but I'd like to see if there are more sources around.

Try Japanese-Online (http://www.japanese-online.com) : they have both online lessons and dictionary :)

Go to aks jeeves and put in where can i learn to speak japanese.
There are a few really good sites there. One of em I'm using right now. It's working real well.

sweet!! i have always wanted to speak japanese, thats like one of my goals in life, to speak japanese and go to japan, that would be so awsome! Anime heaven! :)
