Can someone fix my sig?

Theres a lot of white spots around my sig and i cant seem to get rid of them. Can someone make them transparent, please?

What program are you using?
Try "defringe" or "remove white matte" if you're using Photoshop, or a similar command if you're using another program.

i didnt make the sig myself, someone made it for me. I dont have the programs to edit it. :(
