2002 FIFA World Cup - Unlock Teams

Hey I just got this game a couple of days ago and it's pretty good. I heard that you can unlock certain teams by winning the world cup with a certain european team, african team, and south american team. I was wondering, what kinds of teams would you get?

All-Americas Team?
All-European Team?
All-Asian Team?
All-African Team?
All-World Team?

I believe that you can unlock all types of teams depending on which team you do it with, and how well you do it.
