Konami's Ps2 secret

Konami insiders have confirmed plans for a new PlayStation 2 action game entitled Cool Girl. Scheduled for release in early 2003, the game is based on a Japanese television series produced by Takara. While many plot details remain undisclosed, the game will be set in the year 2079 and will focus on two female protagonists; Hacker and Ninja. Konami subsidiary KCEJ, known for their work on Metal Gear Solid 2 and Zone of Enders are said to be overseeing development on the game. Below are several early screens from the game, expect more details to emerge in the coming weeks.

They really spent some time thinking up a good name.."Cool Girl"..they have wit coming out of their ears!:laugh:

Hey, It Seems Like A Good Game. With Amazing Story Line For Some Reason. And Yes The NAME Is Too Corny....Eesh. I Hope They Change The Name When It Gets A Release.

And I Want Good Story For This Game. ... So "Department No#1" Is Taking Care Of The Game Then!.! I Hope It Turns Out To Be...Another Metal Gear Type GAME. Please!!!.!!!

no other than the publisher and the team working on it, they didn't give any other info out.My guess is they may reveal more at E3.

"Cool Girl" is a cute name to me. That's probably because I'm already used to the Japanese way of naming their works with names like "Cool Girl" or "So Bad!" (a shoujo/girl's manga) so the name doesn't really bother me. But, I'm sure it won't appeal to gamers in the US (just listen to your responses! j/k) so they better change the name. The graphics look pretty good and it sounds cool too. I wonder if it'll be released only in Japan though?

So We Were Right, Its Coming Out In US With The Name Of "CY Girls".....Still A Working Title.

Well Atleast Its Better Then "Cool Girls"....Thats What I Think

I Believe They Were First Action Figures (Only) Of Its Own Imaginary Series. Made Popular By Figure Fans.....And Are Still Sold In US And UK.

Its Story Wasn't Actually Ever Told........So The Consumer Made (Imagined) Their Own Stories With A Limit And All...But Slight Characters Detail Were Given When Selling These Amazing Figures.

A Proper Story Will Be Told In The Upcoming Game On PS2.

And The Story So Far Told Is That...There Are These 2 Females Having Speical Abilities Known As "Divers" , That Is Being Able To Travel Between The Real World And A VR World, To Gather Information And Weapons To Fight The Enemies.

lol..the name kinda sucks, but if it's being developed by the guys who were behind MGS2 then I'll be sure to at least rent it when it comes out, it looks pretty impressive
