Hey cool! What program do you use for your gifs?

well sleazy if you got ps6, then you should have imageready3, just click the bottom button on the photoshop tool palette
It should state "jump to imageready"
however you have to make frames and on each frame select one layer from as many layers as you have
example:
one of the animated avatars has 8 layerss (8 different frames)
so I make 8 frames, then on each frame I make a specific frame visible and unclick the rest of them but removing the eye next to the frame =P
